You are dead tired, drained of all your positive energy. You are under psychic attack but at a loss of what to do. You know everything about psychic protection, but the negative energy has somehow found a way through your psychic shield. Now you feel lost and uncertain about what to do next. Even if you have done everything "right." a nasty, vicious attack has squeezed past your protective shield and is now influencing your mood, view on life, and ability to reciprocate actions with love and compassion. You now feel anger, resentment, and an urging feeling of revenge. It can be hard to make the right decisions when fatigued and battling dark emotions. This is how psychic attacks work - they are meant to pull the rug from under your feet. Many describe the experience of being under attack as falling into a dark pit. I have gathered the best tips, tricks, and advice from my own, fellow psychics, and the online community's experience to make things easier for you. You don't have to perform all the techniques; choose what suits your personal belief and style best. If your efforts don't bear fruit, give it another try. Method #1: Elevate your vibrational state You feel emotionally drained and exhausted when you are under a psychic attack. The first response to a psychic attack is always strengthening your aura and elevating your vibrational state. When you boost your vibrational state, the dark energy attacking you cannot touch you. It might sound like an abstract thing to strengthen your aura. It is easier to do than you might think, though. Start by shaking off all negative emotions. Play your favorite music, and let go of the dark clouds. So things that you love and bring you happiness and joy. Another way of shaking the negative energy is to walk in nature. Change scenery. Another trick is to light a white candle to expel dark energies lingering. Make sure to let the sun in, and pull the curtains aside. My favorite way of filling my soul with light and happiness is by jotting down everything I am grateful for. Big things and small. Fill that nasty black cloud with love and joy. Remember that light is always more powerful than darkness. Imagine how a light bulb eliminates the darkness in a room. Here are a few examples of what you can do to elevate your vibrational state and make you untouchable from the negative energy attacking you. Take a walk in nature Change scenery Pull away the curtains - let the sunshine in Light a white candle Listen to uplifting music Journal everything you love about yourself and life Tend to your houseplants Sing Dance Take a shower; water cleanses you Meditate Shake your body Exercise Make humming sounds Turn off negative media (news and alike) Stand barefoot in nature and let the negative energy return to earth Hug a tree (yes, trees will help to suck negativity out of you) Deep breathing exercises Regain control of your mindset (sometimes easier said than done) Cord-cutting with a selenite wand Hug someone and receive good vibes The critical takeaway is to fill the hole of darkness with light. Remove the negative energy by replacing it with divine light. Method #2: Pray for protection and releasement You can pray for extra strength and light when under a psychic attack. You can ask for divine assistance if you cannot fill the dark pit with your own light. I recommend using prayers focusing on filling the dark hole with light. Religious prayers remove your strength as you ask an external entity to "come and save you." As an example, you can pray something along these lines. I ask of you, Divine Light, to shine and fill the pit of darkness pierced in my heart, soul, and aura. Fill it with love and compassion. Let your light radiate and heal me in any capacity I might need. Remove any attachments, and return the hooks with love and light. It is not mine to bear. So be it. Emergency prayers are to be used when facing a potent psychic attack. Not though that the blessings might not be helpful from a karmic viewpoint as you are banning the energy. It is often more practical to battle darkness with kindness and the divine light of love and compassion. But they are helpful in severe cases of psychic attack as a last resort. "In the name of Jesus Christ and Archangel Michael (or else) we command all spirits, energy, and entities in this place to return from which they came. We ask that the Holy Spirit and Archangel Michael watch over us, cleansing us with holy light, keeping evil away. So be it. Amen" Emergeny prayer Here is an alternative emergency prayer you can use when under spiritual attack. Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the divine power of God, cast into hell, Satan and allt he evil spirits, who roam troughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Method #3: Crystals Using crystals' positive and healing energies is an effective response when you are under a psychic attack. The crystals help you heal any weaknesses in your aura and soul that needs to be addressed. Negative energy is only capable of attacking you when you have weak spots. Make sure to plug any hole in your psychic shield. The best crystals for protection are black tourmaline, obsidian, and smokey quartz. The crystals are easy to get a hold of, and you can get them online in your local, new-age store. Place the crystals in your home or wear them as jewelry. The crystals are most effective when placed near the solar plexus. This is the spot most psychic attacks target. You can use medical tape to pinpoint the area if needed. Method #4: Smudging and cleansing A great way of elevating your vibrational state is by sage smudging. You can regain your power when you cleanse your aura and space from negative energy. You are not as susceptible to psychic attacks when your energy is restored. All methods are crucial to elevating your vibrational state so the attacking energy can't reach you. So smudging and not taking other measures will not have a long-lasting effect. This is something that I think is often left out of the discussion.
